Kinnari leads AR beauty partnerships for Google helping build immersive user experiences in partnership with brands and retailers. Kinnari has been with Google since 2007 leading business development initiatives across Commerce, Search, Maps and AR product areas. Over the last 13 years, she has structured licensing agreements, product integrations and joint go-to-market deals with a variety of Fortune 500 companies across Beauty, Tech, Entertainment and more. Prior to Google, she worked in tech roles at NetSuite and WebMD. She currently lives in San Francisco with her husband and daughter.

Dr. Jay Tiesman
Dr. Jay Tiesman is a Principal Scientist in the Global Biotechnology Division of The Procter & Gamble Company in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. He is the Genomics Group Leader and a Corporate Technology Entrepreneur – charged with helping to identify novel biotechnology innovations worldwide to address key needs for P&G. Since joining P&G in 1993, he has been actively involved in developing genomics capabilities within the Company. He has been particularly interested in the use of genomics to gain insight into epithelial cell biology.
Before joining P&G, he completed postdoctoral training in the laboratory of Dr. Charlie Hart at ZymoGenetics, Inc. in Seattle, Washington. At ZymoGenetics, he pursued research in the field of growth factor signal transduction associated with wound healing and tissue remodeling.
He obtained his Ph.D. in Pathology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. In Omaha, he worked in the Laboratory of Dr. Angie Rizzino at the Eppley Cancer Institute, delineating the roles and impact of growth factors on embryonic development.
Before joining Dr. Rizzino, he obtained Bachelor degrees in Philosophy and Biology at Creighton University in Omaha. Dr. Tiesman was an early adopter of microarray technology, having worked in the field since 1997. He is an acknowledged microarray expert and has published over 35 articles, two of which have earned “Publication of the Year” honors.
He also speaks extensively at international meetings on the topic of microarray experimental design and is listed on over 85 presentations. He collaborates extensively with scientists in academia and the biotechnology industry and is a member of several academic/governmental/industrial organizations, including the Association of Biomedical Resource Facilities Microarray Research Group (ABRF-MARG), the Association of Molecular Pathology (AMP), and the Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID); as well as the Scientific Advisory Board of NuGEN Technologies, Inc.

Dr. Frank Schwanke, PhD in Chemistry, has more than 19 years of experience in driving innovation in Skin, Personal & Beauty Care. From driving new technologies in long-term prototyping with external partners, he also developed various products to the market in categories like Face, Sun, Hair Care and make-up. Leading the regional R&D for the Americas gave him a broad perspective on different markets, consumers and technologies. Since 2020 he is leading the personalization accelerator, a cross functional entrepreneurial team, to drive personalization for Beiersdorf.

Dr. Renee Whynes holds a Doctorate degree in Biophysical Chemistry, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. She also holds a MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and Marketing. Dr. Whynes has more than 12 years of progressively responsible experience directing many projects with budgets. Her experience includes finding innovative solutions in skin care and wet shaving; external partnership development with universities and other research organizations; technology scouting; new product development; new business development; assessment of near to long-term market opportunities; and identification of market disruptors.

Following a serendipitous introduction to Cutitronics founder’s Dr David Heath and Barry Hochfield four years ago, Wilma has been the Commercial Director responsible for engaging with key stakeholders across the global skincare industry to design, develop and OEM supply the award-winning technology company’s patented device and digital platforms, to brands with high performing skincare formulations.
Prior to this, Wilma, whose passion for the industry began in International Spa therapy, spent over twenty years in senior sales, education and marketing roles with world leading beauty brands and organisations.

Sergio founded FitSkin to revolutionize the way beauty products are sold both online + offline. FitSkin combines sophisticated optics, AI, and great UI/UX design to make it easy to buy skincare, haircare, and color cosmetics products.
Sergio launched and successfully exited two prior startups: Autologic (a pre-Google search engine for car buying) and iPorta (an interactive healthcare media platform).
Sergio holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Honors BASc. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Japanese from the University of Toronto.

William Lee
William Lee is CEO and co-founder of EpigenCare Inc., a new consumer epigenetics company that recently debuted its personalized skincare solution SKINTELLI. He has over 10 years of experience in the biotechnology sector and is also a shareholder and senior executive of EpiGentek, a reagent and services provider for epigenetic research. In his spare time, he enjoys writing music and hiking a scenic trail. William graduated from New York University with honors and obtained his MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Richard Kestenbaum
Richard is a co-founder and Partner of Triangle Capital and has been an investment banker for over 35 years. Richard has a great deal of experience advising clients in merchandising businesses, particularly in the Retail & Consumer sector. Richard is an often-quoted expert on the retail and merchandising industries. He is a Contributor to Forbes.com where he writes a regular blog about trends in retail and consumer product businesses. He also appears regularly in print and other media as well as industry panels and speaking programs.
Before co-founding Triangle, Richard was a Managing Director at a boutique investment banking firm called Financo, Inc. While at Financo, Richard was responsible for a majority of the firm’s apparel industry transactions. Prior to joining Financo, Richard was a Partner and First Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert Inc. At Drexel, Richard was responsible for a group of 14 professionals doing middle-market mergers and acquisitions around the world.
Richard is the co-author of three books on finance and computer programming. He is formerly an Adjunct Assistant Professor of International Business at the graduate program of the Stern School of Business at York University.
Richard received a BS in Accounting from New York University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Harvard University. Richard is married and lives in New York.

Over the past 11 years at Beiersdorf, she contributed to building brands like NIVEA, Hansaplast and Eucerin, having been responsible for a strong insight-based innovation pipeline and global brand strategy development particularly for Face Care and Face Cleansing. Catja is a senior business leader, global marketeer and strategist, recognized for consumer closeness. Experienced in Cosmetics, Media and Finance, personalized consumer engagement is at her heart. Catja holds a PhD in economics. Together with Dr. Frank Schwanke, she is heading the Personalization Accelerator.
